To develop the app we worked closely with the tech team and copywriter to make the user experience intuitive and seamless. The app uses simple photography of the products with the use of hands to help the user understand every step clearly.

Connecting to home wifi can be a complicated and unpredictable process. Every home is different and the devices used by each individual are also different. We simplified the process in a way that allowed us to connect users quickly and in some cases diagnose problems quickly. We did this by setting up the two products (button & chime) separately and created hardware and software that made it as easy as possible for users.
